His lifelong passion for architecture and design, paired with his experience growing up with family members in the residential real estate and construction management businesses, greatly influenced his love of incredible property and its process of creation.
He began his career in real estate in the dynamic New York City market, working on a top-performing team, assisting clients from first-time buyers to billionaires on over $350M worth of transactional volume. In the evenings, he attended the world-renowned Schack Institute of Real Estate at NYU, earning his MS in Real Estate Development in 2024. This experience allows him to provide uniquely in-depth guidance to developer clients and truly partner with them in reviewing potential investment opportunities.
Prior to his career in real estate, he worked in television production on shows such as Dr. Phil and The Kelly Clarkson Show. While on staff at these shows, he honed his ability to deliver on tight timelines with great attention to detail. He now utilizes his past media experience as a marketing asset for his real estate clients, filming property tours and real estate advice for his TikTok page – which has grown to over 20,000 followers.
When he is not working on Q2 Advisory business, Elliot enjoys pouring into his relationships with cherished friends and family, exploring the vibrant dining scene in Phoenix, reading (particularly books on architecture, design, and non-fiction biography), watch collecting, and various horological meet-ups, and spending time with animals.
